Dan is engaged in the general practice of law. He concentrates in the areas of family law, personal injury, civil litigation, real estate and municipal law. He has served in various capacities at the Nashua District Court from 1975 to 1987. 

Dan resides in Wilton, New Hampshire with his wife Maureen and is an accomplished furniture maker.
